Once you've chosen your flooring, our team handles the installation, so you don't have to manage it yourself. We work on kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and custom tile showers, basements and bonus rooms, full home renovations, and new construction.

We partner with home builders, general contractors, property managers, and businesses managing office and retail spaces or multi-unit properties. We also support ongoing trade accounts for contractors who work with us regularly.
With more than 50 suppliers, we have the supply depth to handle projects of any scale, from a single unit to a full commercial build. We know what matters on a job site: accurate pricing upfront, scheduling that works around your timeline, and clear communication throughout the project. Whether you're working on new construction, a renovation, or an ongoing account, we're set up to keep pace with you.
Tenant Replacement
When a tenant moves out, we can get the flooring replaced and ready before the next one moves in. We work with property managers throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan on turnover timing, matching your schedule so units don't sit vacant any longer than they have to. Whether it's carpet, LVP, or hardwood, we handle the replacement from start to finish, so your property is ready to show and lease again fast.
Design Consultations
Our sales team can help with most design questions as part of everyday service. For bigger projects, you can book time with our in-house designer to walk through your space and goals in more detail. There's a $250 fee for the session, and it's credited toward your order if you decide to move forward.

Is the design consultation free?
Our in-house designer consultation has a $250 good faith fee, which is credited toward your order if you move forward with us.

Where is your showroom, and what are your hours?
We're located at 2725 N. Reynolds Rd, Toledo, OH. We're open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
